SEKERPARE DESSERT RECIPE
Ingredients:

  • 1 Package of 250 g. Plain/Hazelnut Baked Soft Pastry
  • Water: 400 ml. water (2 water glasses)
  • Sugar: 400 g. Sugar (2 water glasses)
  • Lemon: 4-5 drops of lemon juice

Preparation:

  1. Boil the syrup for 5 minutes and pour on the Baked Soft Pastry when hot.
  2. Cover it and wait till the Baked Soft Pastry absorbs the syrup for half an hour.
  3. Your dessert is ready for serving.
  4. Optionally, you can serve your dessert with ice cream, pistachio, cream or coconut.
