Our Story…
The Modern Journey of Traditional Flavors from 1965 to the Present :
KRAL Family is one of the leading quality-oriented families in Turkey’s food sector. In 1965, in an area of 30 m2 in Altındağ district of Ankara, our founding elder Mehmet KÖKSAL started to manufacture yufka and kadayif and started a deep-rooted journey.
This beginning continued to develop with products such as fried kadayifla produced in small home ovens under the difficult conditions of the time.
