SAMBABA DESSERT RECIPE
Ingredients:
- 1 package (220 g.) of Spongy Pastry
- Sugar 1000 g. (5 water glasses)
- Water 1200 g. (6 water glasses
Preparation:
- Boil the syrup ingredients in a large container that can accommodate the spongy pastries.
- While the syrup is close to boiling, place the spongy pastries in the syrup container with wide parts facing down.
- Boil the syrup over a low heat for 10 to 15 minutes.
- During boiling, gently turn the spongy pastries upside down.
- When cooled, serve with cream.
