SAMBABA DESSERT RECIPE
Ingredients:

  • 1 package (220 g.) of Spongy Pastry
  • Sugar 1000 g. (5 water glasses)
  • Water 1200 g. (6 water glasses

Preparation:

  1. Boil the syrup ingredients in a large container that can accommodate the spongy pastries.
  2. While the syrup is close to boiling, place the spongy pastries in the syrup container with wide parts facing down.
  3. Boil the syrup over a low heat for 10 to 15 minutes.
  4. During boiling, gently turn the spongy pastries upside down.
  5. When cooled, serve with cream.
