KRAL TARHANA SOUP RECIPES
- 4 tbsp Kral Tarhana for 4 persons
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp oil
- 2 tsp Salt
- 1 dsp red pepper,
- 1 dsp peppermint
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 7 glass of water
- After melting the butter in your pot, put the oil in it.
- Roast the tomato paste in the melted butter and oil.
- Add the spices and mix.
- Dissolve 4 spoons of Kral Soup with Dried Yoghurt in 1 cup of cold water in a separate container.
- Pour the soup with dried yoghurt dissolved in required consistence into the pot.
- Add 6 glasses of cold water to the pot.
- Cook the soup by continuously stirring it for 10-15 minutes.
- When stirring the soup, do not forget to add 2 cloves of garlic.
- Your soup is ready for serving.
