KRAL TARHANA SOUP RECIPES
Ingredients:

  • 4 tbsp Kral Tarhana for 4 persons
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 1 dsp red pepper,
  • 1 dsp peppermint
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 7 glass of water

Preparation:

  1. After melting the butter in your pot, put the oil in it.
  2. Roast the tomato paste in the melted butter and oil.
  3. Add the spices and mix.
  4. Dissolve 4 spoons of Kral Soup with Dried Yoghurt in 1 cup of cold water in a separate container.
  5. Pour the soup with dried yoghurt dissolved in required consistence into the pot.
  6. Add 6 glasses of cold water to the pot.
  7. Cook the soup by continuously stirring it for 10-15 minutes.
  8. When stirring the soup, do not forget to add 2 cloves of garlic.
  9. Your soup is ready for serving.
