KEMALPASA DESSERT WITH CHEESE RECIPE
Ingredients:

  • 1 Package of 150 g. Sponge Pastry Rolls/Cheese Dessert
  • Water: 1000 ml. (5 water glasses)
  • Sugar: 900 g.  (4.5 water glasses)
  • Lemon: 4-5 drops
  • Pot: A pot of 30-35 cm diameter and 20-25 cm depth is recommended.

Preparation:

  1. Pour water, sugar and lemon juice into your pot and turn on the furnace and put the pot on the furnace.
  2. Mix syrup well with spoon and put 1 package of (150 g.) Kral Sponge Pastry Rolls/Cheese dessert into the pot. Mix your dessert slowly at 10-min intervals.
  3. After the syrup boils, set the stove to the medium heat and boil for 30-40 minutes and turn off the stove.
  4. Your dessert will be ready after resting for 10 minutes.Note: Optionally, you can serve your dessert with ice cream, pistachio, cream or coconut.
